Business Owner: D Logan, Nevada Business Start Date: April 2006
Q: What were you doing before you decided to start your business?
A: I was selling aluminum patio covering and installation.
Q: What was your motivation to start your own business?
A: I wanted to change careers to a business that was not outside in the summer heat all of the time. I also have worked for myself for many years in the past and I knew I didn’t want to have to go work for someone else again.
Q: What made you decide on this particular business?
A: It was the ability to earn an unlimited income in a virtually untapped market. This business also gives me the ability to establish a large customer base of "repeat" customers both in residential and commercial. As my customer list grows so does my bottom line.
Q: What do you like most about being in business for yourself?
A: The ability to be in control of my own destiny in a business which will allow me to grow to whatever size I choose.
Q: On average, what is your monthly revenue?
A: After being in business now for six months we are on track to clear a six figure income our first year.
Business Owner: J Vardis, FL Business Start Date: May 2006
Q: What were you doing before you decided to start your business?
A: I was a retail sales manager with Aaron's Sales and Lease, working 65 hours per week. $30,000 per year!
Q: What was your motivation to start your own business?
A: My wife had to go back to work about two years ago after being a stay at home mom for 13 years. I hated seeing her having to work again. We ALL wanted her home, we have six children.
Q: What made you decide on this particular business?
A: SEEING THE DIFFERENCE! I was in carpet cleaning before and there was an opportunity then, but wow how the need for such a system has grown today. This has been the easiest money we have ever made!
Q: What do you like most about being in business for yourself?
A: My family time has greatly increased 3 fold. We plan events together, trips, brought home the Mrs. finally and we just love it. Plus we are innovators in the area. No one is doing what we are doing for our customers.
Q: On average, what is your monthly revenue?
A: We averaged $3,000 - $5,000 the first few months. After our first stretch of advertising in a local coupon book publication we are now averaging between $12,000 - $15,000 per month and have over 120 customers to date and growing.
